A competitive team board game, developed to help anyone
working in a team in health and social care to reflect on what make a
successful team, and the improvements they can make to become more effective.
At a time when health & social care integration means
different services will be working more closely together, new working teams
will evolve and must learn to work together effectively. Teams that Care will
help these teams think about how to coordinate their approach, working together
to provide effective person-centred care.
Bringing an element of fun to the team development process,
the Teams that Care Game helps players address important issues in a
non-threatening way. Players will explore key areas important to being a
Teams that Care can help new and established teams to have
open conversations about improving the team working process, supported by
