Healthy School Child Course

The programme explores the role of the school-based team in assessing and supporting the health needs of children. It covers common medical and developmental issues, communicating with children and special needs.

7 modules covering an introduction to 21st century school health, child health in primary schools, public and mental health problems for 5-12 year olds, children with additional and long-standing illnesses or disabilities, and common developmental and health issues.
