Developed by the Infection Prevention team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, Game of Stools explores Clostridium difficile in a fun, and engaging way. It aims to raise discussions between frontline health professionals about infection prevention, and how to manage and prevent the spread of C. diff infection. Game of Stools helps staff improve their knowledge and confidence around C. diff, helping to prevent outbreaks and ensure patients are cared for promptly and safely.
Game of Stools makes infection prevention training fun, informative and effective. Two players or teams compete by answering questions and explaining facts about C. difficile, while trying to avoid landing in isolation with life threatening C. difficile! Win the game by earning lots of Brownie Points or being the first to successfully treat a “patient” for C. difficile.
