  • On 1 April 2017, NHS England started a programme to look at how Continuing Healthcare (CHC) services can be standardised. The programme is called the NHS Continuing Healthcare Strategic Improvement Programme.

     

      The Programme aims are to provide fair access to NHS CHC in a way which ensures:
    • Better outcomes
    • Better experience
    • Better use of resources

     

    CHC Insights supports these objectives by encouraging structured discussions enabling teams to explore ways of improving delivery of CHC, and the practical steps they can take to work together more effectively.

    CHC Insights helps existing teams improve their processes and culture, and new teams will find it a useful and enjoyable way to explore collaborative working.
