  • In training and education face-to-face discussions are incredibly powerful. But for many organisations, groups cannot meet face-to-face. Valuable opportunities for engagement and learning are being missed.

However, people are still meeting in groups via Zoom, Skype and Teams. So, we have created a unique way of playing our board games online to maximise the value of remote meetings. It is called ZeST.

ZeST encourages the same intense group discussions as our board games, and it can be used by anyone during any online meeting. ZeST is perfect for learning and training in the current situation and can be used for stand-alone learning sessions or integrated into group meetings.

We offer a twelve month subscription for a single concurrent user within your whole organisation.

  • Effective and compassionate leadership is vital in any organisation. However, individuals and teams must be nurtured and supported to develop the competencies and behaviours required for effective leadership.

The Leadership Game is a unique group-learning resource that helps individuals and teams explore the complexities of collective leadership in a relaxed and creative environment.

The game’s learning content is derived from the leadership model (Stansfield, 2017) developed from empirical research undertaken as part of a Doctorate in Business Administration.

    Purpose of the game:

    1. To support and encourage discussion and learning around leadership roles
    2. Highlight the need to work together as a team and engage in active listening

The game encourages players to discuss the answers to questions, allowing them to acquire new knowledge, share experiences and learn from each other.

The game does not require a facilitator with an expert knowledge of leadership principles, and a facilitator’s role can be very “hands off”.

    Audience

Suitable for all health and social care staff professionals and students that wish to learn about collective leadership.
